Preparation
Wash, peel and cut the potatoes in cubes, then boil them for about 25 to 30 minutes.
Then, drain and mash them with a potato ricer.
Let it cool down for a while then add the egg, the flour, the salt & pepper.
Add the onions and give it a good stir.
Pre-heat the waffle iron.
Pour the batter onto the iron and let it cook until golden and puffy.
